NFIP is a federal government program administered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The NFIP provides flood insurance to property owners, renters, and businesses to help policyholders recover faster when floodwaters recede. The FEMA manages the program (NFIP) and is delivered to the public through a network of more than 50 insurance companies and the NFIP directly. Visit the FEMA website to obtain a policyholder or adjuster claim form. To view the current 50 insurance companies in the NFIP network, visit the NFIP services floodsmart website. If you already have a FEMA flood insurance account, you can log into their portal directly with your username and password at nfipdirect.
